No Saturday walking street this week, I need my weekend dammit. 

Sunday was weird, though. We got there at 630 and while we were unpacking someone ordered ten.  The rest of the night I'd say of the 2.5 hours or so we were there only 20-30 minutes was I standing around idly.  Q said many high schoolers were in town b/c of some testing and many tourists from other provinces were visiting and both accounted for much of the uptick. 

About 110 sales were made, I made a perfect amount of batter, and I'd become very, very good at both making them and making the batter really last.  Considering my time was saturated with making them I'd say it's finally time to figure out how to add something to the 'store' to make more money.

Hmm yes.
